In 2023, the baton was passed to the Rural Agri-Innovation Network (RAIN), a division of Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre (SSMIC). As of September 2025, Harvest Algoma incorporated as a standalone not-for-profit organization with a central mission to address food insecurity through food rescue and distribution.
Notre avenir
Our goal is to become a sustainable food hub that addresses community needs. This includes expanding our capacity to handle a greater volume of food and encouraging creativity in youth. We're dedicated to providing meals and equipping our community with practical skills for sustainable living.
