The Impact: What We Achieved Together in 2025
In 2025 alone, Harvest Algoma rescued over 581,000 pounds of food, to be redistributed to local families and organizations. Our partnerships with local businesses and agencies make this possible, providing surplus food, front-line food distribution, and volunteer collaboration. Your contribution directly supports our operations which includes covering transportation, storage, refrigeration, and volunteer coordination so that every rescued item reaches someone in need. Celebrating Last Year’s Easter MVPs
We’d like to take this opportunity to recognize two local businesses who stepped up to the plate last year to bolster our sales by purchasing Easter Bread for each of their staff members! A special thank you goes out to the management at The Water Tower Inn who ordered 120 loaves and Sault Nissan who ordered 30 loaves. These larger orders make a big difference when we do a final tally of all the funds raised with this initiative; we’re so grateful to our generous local business community for their participation and support!
