Whether you’re looking to try something new, reconnect with friends, or simply enjoy a beautiful autumn day, we’ve got something for everyone!
What’s Happening at the BBQ?
🎯 Archery Range: Ever wanted to channel your inner Robin Hood? Now’s your chance! Test your skills at the archery range generously provided by Arrows in Motion, perfect for beginners and pros alike.
🏰 Box Fort Building: Let your creativity run wild! Kids and adults can dive into our massive pile of boxes to construct the fort of their dreams. Will you build a cozy cabin, a towering castle, or a fortress fit for a hero?
🍎 Apple Cider Making: Experience the magic of fall by making your own fresh, delicious apple cider! Watch the apples get pressed and taste the fruits of your labor – nothing says autumn like a crisp, refreshing glass of cider.
🍭 Cotton Candy & Popcorn: Satisfy your sweet tooth with fluffy, colorful cotton candy, or grab a bag of warm, buttery popcorn to snack on while you enjoy the festivities!
Why Join Us?
It’s not just about the activities (although they’re pretty great!). This event is all about coming together as a community, celebrating the beauty of the harvest season, and making memories with friends, neighbors, and loved ones. Plus, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the last days of summer with a hint of autumn magic! All donations and funds raised through food sales will go directly back in to our food security and food rescue initiatives so we can keep feeding those most in need here in Algoma.
